运动促进健康已得到广泛共识。高强度间歇训练(HIIT)作为一种新的训练方式被引入到对肥胖人群体质量和血压的控制运动指导中。与传统的中等强度持续训练(MICT)比较,HIIT有着相对用时短、见效快和有一定趣味性的特点。大量研究发现该方案对肥胖人群的体质量和血压的控制是有效的,甚至有研究证明其效果优于MICT,但HIIT的远期效果尚需更多的研究加以验证,其使用的规范性和安全性也需要更多实践和研究进行探索。

It has been a broad consensus that exercise promotes health. As a new method, high intensity interval training (HIIT) is used to control the body weight and blood pressure in obese people. Compared with moderate intensity continuous training (MICT), this method is more efficient and attractive. A number of studies have shown HIIT can help the patients lose body weight and lower blood pressure. And some of them proved HIIT had better effect than MICT. But it needs more studies to confirm the long-term effect and safety of HIIT. The procedure of HIIT needs formulation and assessment.
