图2 钙网蛋白基因突变型原发性血小板增多症患者病程中多次头颅磁共振静脉成像(MRV)的影像学资料。图a为2023年5月的MRV,示右侧横窦、乙状窦及上矢状窦显影较清,腔内充盈缺损明显减少;图b为2024年3月的MRV,示上矢状窦及其右侧属支未见显影,箭头示右侧横窦、乙状窦、颈内静脉血栓范围较前扩大;图c为2024年11月的MRV,示原血栓及充盈缺损消失;图d为2025年12月的MRV,箭头示上矢状窦、右侧横窦、右侧乙状窦及右侧颈内静脉大部分未见确切显影,考虑为慢性血栓栓塞
