超声对颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的评价具有重要意义,在颈动脉斑块规范化管理中起到重要作用。本文对临床实际操作过程中关注的斑块表面形态特征、斑块回声、斑块内新生血管、斑块内炎症4个方面进行论述。提出这4个方面目前存在的问题及一些解决思路。超声对颈动脉斑块评价具有独特优势,规范检查,统一术语进行评价对于斑块的管理至关重要,因此,流程化、标准化超声评估是未来临床实践过程中更应关注的热点。

Ultrasound is of great significance in the evaluation of carotid atherosclerotic plaque. It plays an important role in the standard management of carotid plaque. In the present article, plaque surface morphology, plaque echo, plaque neovascularization and plaque inflammation were discussed in clinical practice. The existing problems in these aspects were summarized and possible solutions were suggested . Ultrasound has unique advantages in carotid plaque evaluation. Standard examination and evaluation with uniform terminology are very important for plaque management. Therefore, process-based and standardized ultrasound assessment is a hot topic in clinical practice.
