卵圆孔未闭相关隐源性脑梗死影像学特征的研究现状

隐源性脑梗死指经过积极排查后,仍不能明确病因的脑血管病变。临床研究发现,卵圆孔未闭与隐源性脑梗死密切相关。卵圆孔未闭可能通过反常性栓塞等机制导致脑梗死的发生。目前,卵圆孔未闭相关脑梗死的病灶影像学特征尚无定论。本文从梗死灶的大小、数量、分布特点等方面,对近年来相关研究作了回顾性分析,可见,在目前的研究中,卵圆孔未闭相关脑梗死更倾向发生于皮质或皮质下,以后循环受累为主。

Cryptogenic cerebral infarction is a type of ischemic stroke without clear etiology. Patent foramen ovale may cause ischemic stroke by paradoxical embolism. Clinical researches have showed that patent foramen ovale has closely related with cerebral infarction. At present, the radiographic features of cryptogenic cerebral infarction related to patent foramen ovale is in dispute. This article reviews the related researches of the infarction characteristics in recent years. We have found that in the current studies, patent foramen ovale related cerebral infarctions tend to occur in the cortex or subcortex and posterior circulation is mainly involved.
