烟雾病(MMD)是一种少见的脑血管疾病,其特征是颈内动脉末端及其主要分支慢性进行性狭窄、闭塞,从而导致颅底形成异常的微血管网,临床表现为缺血性或出血性脑卒中。在烟雾病的发展中,脑血流动力学不断地变化,其变化过程及机制十分复杂;但是烟雾病的脑血流动力学在制定诊疗方案、评估术后疗效及预测术后并发症等方面都有重要的意义。因此,本文就烟雾病的脑血流动力学参数、检测技术以及临床意义做一简要综述。

Moyamoya disease (MMD) is a rare cerebrovascular disease characterized by progressive stenosis and occlusion of the end of the internal carotid artery and its main branches. It usually results in abnormal microvascular network at the skull base, which is phenotyped as ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke. In the development of MMD, cerebral hemodynamics constantly changes with a complex mechanism. However, the evaluation of the cerebral hemodynamics of MMD is of great significance for diagnosing, treating, and evaluating postoperative complications and prognosis. Therefore, this paper briefly reviews the main parameters, detection techniques, and clinical significance of cerebral hemodynamics in MMD.
