Abstract:

Objective

A comparative analysis of minimally invasive surgery of intracranial hematoma and conservative treatment for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage (HICH).

Methods

210 cases of HICH were randomized into the observation group (receiving minimally invasive intracranial hematoma dissection ) and the control group (receiving conservative treatment), the total efficiency of this two groups were compared.

Results

The total effective rate of the observation group (90.48%)was higher than that of the control group (48.57%) (P<0.05).

Conclusions

Minimally invasive surgery for HICH treatment could improve the total efficiency of treatment and daily living.
