卵圆孔未闭检测方法临床应用研究进展

卵圆孔未闭是一种常见的先天性心脏疾病,与多种疾病相关。近年来发现很多隐源性卒中的患者多合并卵圆孔未闭,因此,对于卵圆孔未闭的治疗也成为研究的热点。对高危型卵圆孔未闭及时进行干预,可有效预防相应疾病的发生。本文总结了目前临床常用的卵圆孔未闭的检测方法:经食管超声心动图、经胸超声心动图、经颅多普勒超声声学造影以及右心房造影,结合4种检测方法的优缺点,为临床决策提供参考。

Patent foramen ovale is a common congenital heart disease and relevant to many diseases. Recently, it has been found that many patients with cryptogenic stroke have patent foramen ovale, and the treatment of patent foramen ovale has therefore become a research hotspot. If high-risk patent foramen ovale is discovered, timely intervention can effectively prevent the occurrence of corresponding diseases. This review summarizes the current clinically commonly used detection methods for patent foramen ovale, including transesophageal echocardiography, transthoracic echocardiography, contrast-enhanced transcranial Doppler, and right atrial radiography. The combination and balance of the advantages and disadvantages of the four detection methods will facilitate clinical decision-making.
