Abstract:

Minor stroke is a stroke with a total NIHSS score of ≤3, all separate scores ≤1, and without an unconscious disorder. There is still a common misunderstanding in the diagnosis of minor strokes, and it is easy to be confused with other types of strokes, which brings some difficulties to the clinical treatment of patients with minor strokes. This article reviews the diagnosis and treatment progress of minor strokes in conjunction with the latest guidelines.
