Research progress of ischemic heart disease during pregnancy

Abstract

Abstract:

The incidence of ischemic heart disease during pregnancy is very low. However, with the gradual delay of gestational age, the morbidity and mortality of gestational coronary artery disease, especially the proportion of acute coronary syndrome, is growingly increasing. Pregnancy is a risk factor for ischemic heart disease. Pregnant women with a history of acute myocardial infarction should not be guided by cardiac indications but obstetric indications. This article reviews the research progress of ischemic heart disease during pregnancy and illustrates the management of ischemic heart disease during pregnancy and childbirth.
