Diagnosis and treatment of aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage

Abstract

Abstract:

Aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage (aSAH) is a type of hemorrhagic stroke with extremely high mortality and disability. In recent years, with the multidisciplinary development in micro neurosurgery and endovascular treatment, huge advances have been made in the preoperative diagnosis and treatment of aSAH. This article reviewed recent researches to analyze and explored new diagnostic methods and treatment strategies for aSAH. It would be helpful for clinical decisions.
