Research progress of nursing care for patients with post-stroke sleep disorders

Abstract:

Post-stroke sleep disorder is a common complication in stroke patients. It is common in clinical practice, but easily overlooked, which has a negative impact on the prognosis and quality of life of patients. However, the current research on the evaluation, treatment and nursing management of the disease is still needs to be strengthened. With the rapid increase in the survival of patients after stroke, it is crucial for the recovery of patients to deepen the understanding and evaluation of post-stroke sleep disorders and take effective nursing care. This article reviews the research status of disease types, prevalence, evaluation methods, related nursing measures and management models of sleep disorders in patients with post-stroke sleep disorders at home and abroad. The effort of understanding post-stroke sleep disorders and exploring more effective nursing measures will provide clinical practice reference.
