非瓣膜性心房颤动是临床上最常见的心房颤动类型,患病率呈现出随年龄增长而增加的趋势,其并发症血栓栓塞是心房颤动致死、致残的主要原因,脑卒中是最常见的表现类型。目前对于心房颤动相关性卒中的治疗原则包括急性时间窗内的血管再通治疗和预防卒中复发治疗,其中抗凝药物是预防卒中复发治疗的首选,但接受血管再通治疗的心房颤动相关性卒中患者早期抗凝治疗最佳时间尚无具体建议。

Non-valvular atrial fibrillation is the most common type of atrial fibrillation in clinical practice, and its prevalence increases with age. In atrial fibrillation, thromboembolic complications are the leading cause of death and disability, with stroke being the most common manifestation. The current therapeutic strategy for atrial fibrillation-associated stroke involves recanalization therapy within the acute temporal window, as well as the treatment of preventing recurrent strokes, with anticoagulant medications being the preferred choice for the treatment of recurrent strokes. Anticoagulants are the first-line treatment for recurrent stroke prevention, however, there is no consensus on the appropriate timing for early anticoagulation in patients with atrial fibrillation who undergo revascularization.
