Research progress in intravenous thrombolysis mode for ischemic stroke based on stroke unit

Abstract

Abstract:

Intravenous thrombolysis is an effective treatment for ischemic stroke. However, due to the limited time window of treatment, the opportunity for thrombolysis is often missed. Stroke units can provide standardized management for stroke patients and improve the therapeutic success of thrombolysis. This review summarizes the advantages and the mode of intravenous thrombolysis based on stroke units, and compares the differences in intravenous thrombolysis mode between domestic and foreign stroke units, providing references and prospects for nursing in China.
